An overview of Total Egypt

Investments in Egypt

She has established and operates Total continuously throughout. Regardless of the conditions that the country went through, Total did not stop throughout the long period of continuation, which allowed it to occupy a special place in the Egyptian market. Total TOTAL contracts with Metro in Cairo in the field of petroleum, construction, petroleum and lubricants, the biggest example of that. Total Total is notable in the field of distribution distribution.

Total’s network continues in one of the largest markets in Africa:

Total has about 239 service stations all over Egypt. TOTAL initially developed its network in the Delta region (at a rate of 7 service stations per year) and provided extensive services in the field of diesel fuel. In view of the rapid urban development during the past few years, TOTAL established a new type of service station such as Maadi Corniche service station and Marina service station on the Mediterranean coast or TOTAL Kattameya service station in New Cairo which was established in the new cities. These stations provide gasoline products and a large store attached to a coffee corner, in cooperation with Cilantro. They also provide many meals and various other services such as tire sales in cooperation with Bridgestone.

Providing high quality services and products to TOTAL customers:

Total Egypt’s mission is to provide and deliver high quality products and services to its customers. Total Egypt sells and distributes high quality fuels and lubricants as well as various other services and products in Bonjour stores. Since its inception in 2009, TOTAL customers have relied on TOTAL cards (more than 3000 cards) that can be used at any of TOTAL service stations across the country, providing safety, comfort and better control over fleet transportation. The company also continues to invest in Egypt to provide products and services closer to its customers, taking into account the standards and specifications of security and safety.

Managing logistical barriers:

The distribution and provision of products to more than 239 service stations every day in addition to the delivery of products and lubricants to wholesale customers, requires strict procedures in terms of the logistical process. The company’s transportation fleet has been modernized, and trucks now contain computer calculators. To secure the shipments, TOTAL Egypt owns 4 warehouses: two in Cairo and directly connected to the Mostorod Refinery, the third in Suez, while the fourth is located in Burj Al Arab near Alexandria. These warehouses are used in preserving and storing oils and petroleum materials.

Accelerate major development projects in the field of lubricants:

Total Egypt continues to develop lubricants by improving direct sales to the industrial field, as well as by expanding geographical coverage and signing partnership contracts with the largest importers and car dealerships in Egypt. Total Egypt has signed exclusive contracts with the following entities: Abu Ghaly (Hyundai, General Motors, BMW, Nissan, Maple, GMC), Yatec (Volkswagen and Audi), Kayan (Seat), and Diamond Motors (Mitsubishi) , EIM (Renault), Ezz Al Arab (Volvo, Citroen, Proton, Chrysler, Great Wall), MAN, Renault trucks, and Scania. Total Egypt ranks as the second company in the category of car dealerships and distributors.
